Self Help Flip Books
We are proud to introduce our first edition, “Anxiety to Calm". We developed a flip book that combines exercises that have helped people to stop the feelings of anxiety and reverse it to a calm state of mind. This flip book is one of many that we are producing. We offer custom made books that will help in the area the you need. Our artist, Tony Amaya, along with myself, Gloria Lynch, President and Kim Lynch, Secretary and Editor have combined all of our creativity to develop these flip books.
